Many undergraduate students choose to work in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. Some are interested in a career in higher education and are seeking on-the-job experience. Others are having such a great experience on campus that they want to share it with others — often, they become some of our most passionate counselors who stay on after graduation and start their professional lives with U-M. And there are many who simply want to give something back to a place that has made a big difference in their lives.
Work-study students help with clerical tasks, data entry, filing, and stock keeping.
Tour guides escort high school students and their families throughout campus every weekday and many Saturdays
Did you go to Campus Day? Now you can help others decide to choose U-M by becoming a Campus Day Leader! Responsibilities include morning duties, participating on panels and providing campus tours. The positions are seasonal and new leaders are hired in the early fall; stop by our table at Festifall or Northfest for more information.
